Thursday at lunch is not too late to fill your week with peace and productivity. Join us for 5 minutes of instruction, 11-20 minutes of meditation, and 5-10 minutes of relaxation with the healing sound of the gong. This class is appropriate for all levels from novice to experienced.
If you've never meditated, or you just need a new setting for your 20ish minutes practice, join us. We will tailor each class to the participants with some combination or selection of pranayam (breathing exercise), mantra recitation, or silent meditation plus relaxation with the healing sound of the gong.
